The reality is different from what many headlines might suggest. Google has published Carbon's pricing, but Gemini 4 Carbon is not available to the public yet. You cannot purchase access through a free plan, Google AI Pro, or the Gemini API. There is no Carbon free plan and no Carbon Pro plan.
